DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add bacon.
2. Stir and cook until crispy. Transfer to a bowl.
3. Return the pan to medium heat and add onions. Season them with salt and pepper.
4. Stir and cook for 15 minutes. Transfer to the same bowl with bacon.
5. Return the pan to heat (medium-high) and add pork chops.
6. Season with salt and pepper, and brown for 3 minutes. Flip and lower heat to medium. Cook for 7 minutes more.
7. Add stock and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Return the bacon and onions to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
Storage Options/Meal Prep Tips: Transfer to air-tight containers and serve when needed. Possible to refrigerate for 5-6 days
